How do you ensure the meat stays fresh during shipping?
All orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to maintain a consistent temperature of 40°F or below throughout transit.
Where does your meat come from?
We source our products from trusted local farms and ethical suppliers who prioritize sustainable practices and high-quality animal welfare standards.
Can I customize the thickness of my steaks?
Yes, we offer custom butchery services. You can specify your preferred thickness or weight in the 'Special Instructions' box during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
Do you offer shipping to all 50 states?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states. We do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii at this time to ensure our delivery windows remain within safety guidelines.
Are your products frozen or fresh when they arrive?
Most of our cuts are shipped fresh and never frozen. Some specialty items may be flash-frozen to preserve peak flavor and texture, which will be noted on the product page.
